"The California Platter"

This platter includes grilled rosemary chicken wraps, a baked artichoke and green chile ramekin, red grapes, granny smith apples, strawberries, brie and Monterey jack cheese, served with sourdough crostini and sesame wafers.

 

"The Mediterranean"Gourmet Platter

This platter includes red and green grapes, smoked mozzarella and provolone cheese, Italian beef sausage stuffed mushrooms, marinated artichoke hearts, garlic stuffed olives, sliced plum and yellow pear tomatoes topped with a fresh basil vinaigrette. Served with a basket of warm garlic breadsticks and ciabatta bread with parmesan butter.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

A beautiful display of shrimp garnished with fresh flowers, spicy cocktail sauce and lemons.

Gourmet Cheese and Fruit

A bountiful display of cheeses including brie, smoked mozzarella, dill havarti, gorgonzola and Gruyere Swiss complimented with red grapes, apples, pears, and seasonal berries.

Classic Whole Poached Salmon

Delicately prepared and beautifully garnished with wild greens, diced eggs, tomatoes, black olives, red onions, capers and cucumbers. Served with a basket of sesame lavash and champagne crackers.

Seafood platter

Tiger prawns, mussels, calamari and linefish kebabs – served with a lemon vinaigrette on a bed of wild rocket

Fresh Fruit Display

This popular platter consists of fresh melons, red grapes, pineapple, apples, pears, and seasonal berries. Spectacularly arranged with fresh flowers and served with a light dipping sauce.

Roasted Vegetables

A radiant platter of red bell peppers, asparagus baby carrots, red onions, zucchini, green beans, baby red potatoes and yellow squash served with herb aioli.

"The Satay Platter"

Spiced beef, chicken and shrimp satay, topped with grilled red and yellow sweet peppers and served over Napa cabbage slaw and caramelized pineapple.

Raw Vegetables

A colorful display of raw sweet bell peppers, baby carrots, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, zucchini, and yellow squash, with roasted garlic aioli.

Apple, Pear and Almond Salad

This salad has wonderful flavors and textures with sliced granny smith apples, bartlett pears, honeyed almonds, gorgonzola, wild greens and topped with pear vinaigrette. It can be served as a stand alone or with hot and cold meats.

Cheese Platter

Aged cheddar, smoked mozzarella, gruyere, and provolone served with champagne crackers and fresh fruit.

Tropical Fresh Fruit

Try these cool and refreshing tropical fruits including pineapple, star fruit, mango, papaya,  bananas and kiwifruit served with coconut dipping sauce. (seasonal availability)

Tapenades

Cream cheese based spreads; black olive, artichoke, smoked salmon & dill, and wild mushroom & garlic served with a basket of assorted flat breads and crostini.

Olive Platter

Spanish, kalamata, and black olives garnished with roasted red peppers, baby corn, artichoke hearts and cornichons.

Cold meat platter

A wonderful medley of rare roast beef, roast chicken, pickles and breads.
