Edam and pawpaw salad with a spicy soy dressing
Coconut prawns with saffron syrup and mint and coriander dressing

Main:
Whole free-range turkey with a cranberry glaze stuffed with chestnuts, apple and celery
Butterflied leg of lamb with parma ham and parmesan
Linefish grilled in banana leaves

Dessert:
Fruit pavlova served with ice cream
Xmas pudding served with brandy butter

Scallops in Jasmine tea

Crayfish thermidor
Whole linefish on the BBQ
Matured beef fillet with a peppercorn crust

Roasted caramelized baby vegetables
Dessert:
Xmas cake served with cream and ice cream
